ROAD SAFETY IMPACT ASSESSMENT (RSIA)

The Law on Roads foresees the obligation that during the construction of a new, i.e., the reconstruction of an existing state road of the first order, Road Safety Impact Assesment (RSIA) on public road networks must be ensured.

The Client of the assessment is the Road autority or the Investor of the new road design or existing road reconstruction.

Road Safety Impact Assesment  is carried out in the phase of preparation of planning documentation and preparation of the general road construction project, i.e. in the phase of preparation of the conceptual solution for road reconstruction and is an integral part of them.
