RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS COMPLEX “NEW DORĆOL”

Residential and commercial complex on the site of the existing factory “David Pajić Daka”, Venizelosova 29 street, in Belgrade, composed of the commercial building “Platnara” intended for extension, reconstruction and conversion and a residential and commercial building with 12 slats and an underground two-story garage. In cooperation with partners, Novius Ltd participated in the development of Design documentation for the arrangement of traffic areas and traffic signals within complex.
