BELGRADE WATERFRONT

“Belgrade Waterfront” is an ambitious urban project located on the banks of the Sava River in Belgrade. The goal of the project is the revitalization of the coastal area and its transformation into a modern business-residential complex with luxury apartments, business premises, hotels, shopping centers and green areas. The construction of Belgrade on the water began in 2014, and the realization of the project is taking place in stages.

The company Novius Ltd worked on the design of roads and traffic signals for several residential and business blocks of buildings. The development of projects followed the application of the modern way of creating project documentation in accordance with world standards, which enabled efficient planning and implementation of solutions that correspond to the needs of modern urban life.
